Should you find yourself short – or even out – of gas, BOC Sureserve Rapid Response is here to help! All emergency calls received by 4pm will have the gas you need delivered within 4 hours of the call being made. This provides you with peace of mind and security of gas supply by reducing the loss of drinks sales revenues if something goes wrong by quickly providing the gases needed to dispense.

All emergency calls will have the gas you need delivered with 4 hours of the call being made up to 8pm.
If we miss the 4 hour delivery slot, we will give you a £50 credit on your account.
Our delivery days and times have been extended. Gas deliveries will be available to your site 7 days a week – including weekends and Bank Holidays. There’s no need to fit in with our schedule – we fit in with yours. And our hands-free service saves you time – time you can spend managing your business.
In addition to solving any gas crisis, we can also be relied upon to resolve any equipment issues quickly and with minimal disruption to your service. All fault related calls received between 8am and 4pm will be handled promptly by a Sureserve dispense gas technician. This means your faulty equipment will be repaired or replaced within 4 hours of your call being received by BOC.
As well as the 4 hour delivery guarantee, we also guarantee to respond to any telephone query within 2 hours of the call being received by our dedicated Sureserve Customer Service team – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
BOC Sureserve Rapid Response is available for a fixed monthly fee – with no additional charges for emergency deliveries (subject to a fair usage policy).
As part of the service, we will schedule in a review, where we will present you with a cylinder stock management report. We’ll analyse this with you and we can then advise you on any stock adjustments required, and make recommendations on alternative forms of supply, if they make sense for your business. Our aim is to help you reduce your overheads, and ensure you have a constant supply of dispense gas.
